Kirk Michie developed EBITDA University with over 30 years of experience in capital markets and finance. As an active participant in middle market M&A, he has been involved in nearly $1 Billion worth of transactions in just the past two years alone. His years of experience in private company deals, including participation in more than 60 transactions, ranging from buying or selling closely held businesses, to providing guidance to selling founders, and providing an integral role in hundreds of due diligence processes, Kirk’s extensive reps in the M&A gym, paired with his daily involvement in the sector, drives the curriculum here at E.U. In addition to leading our efforts as the Founder of EBITDA University, Kirk is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Candor Advisors, a boutique investment bank and transaction advisory firm.
